EMILY LAETZ | PRINCIPAL
Emily began her career in real estate consulting with Robert Charles Lesser & Co., providing strategic guidance to a wide array of public and private sector clients across all of the major real estate asset types. After attending graduate school she worked for a major national developer, Greystar Development Group, in their Los Angeles office, where she performed acquisitions analysis and assisted with capitalization, entitlement, construction management, and stabilization efforts for a $800MM+ development pipeline.
Emily is licensed as a Broker by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE 01994997). She has been a member of the Urban Land Institute since 2011.
